Uh, I just looked up the XGA product.  It doesn't appear to handle audio.  How are you connecting your XBOX to your speakers?  Digital optical cable?

Yes, I think that is the case.  The audio output works when I just plug in head phones. So I guess my question is, is there anyway I can up the volume on my xbox?
Jesse

No, that would require an external amp.  The XBOX doesn't have an internal amp (well, the kind you need at least), because it wasn't designed to output sound in the way you are trying to use it.

</just connect it to the line in of your soundcard and get the sound through your pc.
you need to get an adapter for the 2 rca jacks (or what they are called in english?) the white and red one. the adapter has to connect them to a headphone jack.

Ahh, that sounds like a good plan. What kind of adapater do I need?
