Error With Advanced Wma Workshop

Whenever I try to encode mp3s off a dvd+rw to my pc's hdd, the program gives me an error:

The instruction at "0x73dd1351" referenced memory at "0x00000004". Them memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program.

What's going on? Thanks for any help!
