Strange Discoloration

After I modded my xbox everything was fine until i started playing some games and a mossy green replaced some grey in  the game. I dont know how or why this happened. I formatted the xbox and reinstalled the software and it still does it. I even tried on a different TV and that wasnt the problem.  Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
