Plug your Xbox into your capture card and run the program that came with the card. I warn you though, if you think you're going to achieve high definition, you're going to be disappointed. In order to do that, you're going to need a X2VGA adapter. I think y\they sell them at LikSang.com.

Ass.  I did it on my desktop, and there was like a 3 second delay, which was bearable for watching movies, but was impossible for games.  Good way to piss yourself off.  I tried to build my own VGA cable, but it doesn't work on my monitor, so I sold it.  I highly suggest the VGA box, it works.

If you read what I wrote, I said I sold a homemade VGA cable that didn't work on MY monitor.  It works, but only with monitors that have SOG (Sync On Green).
