Couple of days ago i bought my first console, an xbox!
So ofcourse i wanted the dvd kit aswell, but something just isnt right :-/

It all sounds pretty simple, plugin in the shark device into 1 of the controller ports, start the dvd movie and use the remote. Well this is what happens, dvd movie start up fine but when it comes to selection ect, the remote wont respond to anything (yup, fresh new batteries in the remote, but nada).

Iv sent it back to get it checked ,and the store management phoned me back saying it worked fine and he then mailed it back. But it still aint working, movie starts up, but remote is all... dead.

Have i missed anything, a plug or something?
