Doubt About Vga Cable

Hi.! I'm making a vga cable and I have a doubt,  the chip LM1881 needs a VCC input as I see in the diagram posted in this forum I can take it from the pin 1 of the video connector from the XBOX, is that correct.??  and the ground from the pin 24...  is that correct.??  other doubt is about PIXEL8, how can I install it.??  I don't know if is a program or what...  I have installed avalaunch dashboard, I read that some version have PIXEL8 but I'm not shure... I will appreciate any help. Thanks.!!
