What Mode Should I Use With X2vga?

wich tv mode will give me the best picture,whenn widescreen mode is chosen characters look so thin(becasue of the monitors screen size)

If you are using a "Standard" square aspect LCD or CRT VGA display, use 4:3.

Also enable 480p, 720p and 1080i in the MS Dashboard's Video section.
