Dd Or Not?

So

I got a new yamaha amplifier and a rgb advanced cable with optical out.

I connected this.Set the xbox audio DD and DTS enabled.
When i play the amplifier is "dolby digital".

So the first time i played Rallysport2 the speech is coming from the center.
NExt day play again and the speech is coming now from the two front and the center is dumb in the gameplay,only when i in the menu give sound.

What is happend?????
