Adding ram to your xbox is VERY hard and VERY time consuming. Most don't recommend it.

Ok, you need to get more ram from an xbox motherboard (can pick one up cheap that is dead).  Then you need to solder the billion points on 4 chips onto your current motherboard.  You can look at your motherboard and see 2 of the chip areas.  2 are on front and 2 are on back.  They are by the other memory chips (towards the front right if you are looking at your xbox from the front).  Pick up the memory delimiter program and you should be good to go.  Good luck and let us know if you go through with it.
