Vga Bios And Top Spin?

So I modded my HD AV pack to include a VGA port, and using the TATX VGA bios, I hooked up the XBOX to a VGA monitor.

All of the games I've tried have worked so far, except Top Spin. It starts up fine, with correct colors, but when coming to the main screen, where it shows the MS logo, it goes green, then soft reboots.

Any ideas of how to make this issue go away?

So I've tried my setup in two different ways

1. TATX Bios on, AVIP pins 9 and 13 grounded to tell XBOX to output VGA.

2. TATX Bios on, AVIP pins 11 and 13 grounded to tell XBOX to output HD< but the VGA bios outputs the VGA correctly (this also allows for you to select 480p, 720p, and 1080i).
