Hey i just completed a successful vga port mod on my xbox and here are the sources i used.
http://www.xboxnation.info/id17.html
nice pin layouts of the motherboard\avip port and mode selection info

http://xbox-linux.so...s/howtovga.html
has the wiring configs for the schmitt trigger, and where to pull the sync's off the motherboard.

I dont check the forums much, but if you need help email me. [email protected]

Here they are

the only problem I faced with this mod is that the vga connector on the back is too close to the avip port. Not a biggie, I just shaved off some of the plastic on the monitor cable. I have 1 week of classes left, if i have time sometime soon i will try to write up a tutorial.

There are solder pads (albeit small ones) close to the xGPU. Xbox-Linux has pics that I can verify are on a v1.0 mobo (I don't have a 1.1 to check).
