In EvoX Settings check to make sure that the Game Region is set to NTSC?

Check and it was set to NTSC.  Still no luck.  The "Your selection is loading" screen is displyaed and most games will not launch it just freezes at this screen.  If I'm not attempting to do any sort of High Definition the games launch fine.  This happens to me with the X2VGA and the MS HDTV pack.  Any more suggestions?

Another thing that is weird is if I create a DVD from any of my iso's or put an original in progressive works from the DVD.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I'm truly stuck at this point and I really want to play in HD.
