Hdtv Scrolling Video Problem

I just got an HDTV and a MS AV Pack. I hooked everything up and tried a few games. MX Unleashed looked great but everything else was kind of fuzzy and the video would sometimes scroll up and down as if it were from a different region. Is there any way to fix this?

The HDTV supports all 3 resolutions. The xbox is set on wide screen and all three resolutions are set to on.
