Hey there. I've just aquired an Xbox (unmodded) which boots but has no video/audio/eject does not work. I put in my Chameleon (X2 4981) and the xbox gets a garbled video output, but i know the chip and everything is working because the LED changes colour and fan speed increases. The Xbox is an old 3944 and am wondering if anyone would know what is up or if there is some way to fix the video? Lets say the encoder is fucked, how can I tell, how can I fix?
