How Can I Get Higer Resolution On My Xbox

I got this vga adapter ..
The XGA Box automatically formats 640x480 (VGA), 800x600 (SVGA), 1024x768 (XGA), 1280x1024 (SXGA) and 1600x1200 (UXGA) screen resolution and is also suitable for CRT and LCD-TFT monitors.

It is working allright. But I have a pal xbox and i read something about that "MS disables the high-definition video output on the PAL version Xbox(only sold in Europe, Australia, NZ, Hong Kong "
So is it possible to enable this on the PAL version so i can do higer res on my monitor ..
