I switched in the AVIP to HDTV, and tested THPS4 then I got 740p, and not only 640x480 .

But then I switched back to VGA mode I get only 640x480.

My conclution is, you can only get 640x480 with VGA cable but with a X2VGA you can get those higher resolutions.

Sorry bibi if I wasn't clear before. I meant that without an X2VGA I had a square image. With the X2VGA it fills all the screen just fine and the green light is on which suggests 720p.

SC2 can not be played in full screen in 720p, what version do you got?
But games like THPS4 do play in full screen.
Or am I wrong?

its a 4:3 720p weird mode!
