No Audio, Video, Does Eject, Doesn't Boot

Ok, I got this motherboard in a trade and have been unable to get it to boot.  The only thing wrong seemed to be a lifted D0 trace, which I soldered and fixed.  When I boot up the xbox, it turns on, the drives initialize, but there is no audio or video.  Unlike some bad TSOPs the dvd drive does eject.  So, I did a search and found that the region may have been changed so I used the Enigmah Video Switcher but it doesn't do anything.  I decided that if it was a TSOP, a modchip would fix it, so I used a pinheader and installed my X2.2 lite chip.  It made no difference, it comes on, does the same thing all my lights are ok.  I know it isn't booting completely because my Xecutor Bios had the led turn to red when it booted, and it never does that with the modchip installed.  Is this a corrupt EEPROM?  I just sold all of my extra EEPROMs to Perplexor lol.  Has anyone else had this before?
