Change Soundrack?

Hey i was wondering if anyone has been able to change the soundrack of a video-game, by substituting in other music files?

I've done it for WWE Raw (but it sounded like shit for some reason) based on a tut that I guess isn't around anymore. It will really depend on what the developers encoded the sound in (Raw soundtracks were encoded in ADPCM in wav files).

Ok thanx, Im gonna keep on looking though, the soundtracks for NFSU and Tiger Woods 2k4 suck....
