its your TV its underscanning and is offcenter on the right_blk  if its digital find the discrete codes for the service menu for your tv. grab a one for all remote control and do a little googling to find the codes. Every Digital TV (not analog) has Codes for remote so you can acces the service menu and change the geometry!!

you might wanna also dump that rgb connection and get you a component cable or rca cable!
