How To Get Spdif, S-video, Scart....

My tutorial/guide from last week that I posted in the Audio/Video technical forum tells you how you could make just about any combination of A/V cable. The cable I made has RGB-Scart, composite video, S-video, VGA, HDTV, phono audio, digital audio connections. However you cannot display on S-video AND RGB scart simultaneously, you need to switch betwen them (my guide explains where to put the switches). You COULD display S-video and composite scart at the same time. (scart has connections for RGB mode and Svideo/composite modes)

I suspected that. So which of the modes is the preffered one? I read somewhere here that rgb scart has better quality then s-video. If so the choice is easy.
