Use a combination of the search button and Enigmah videomode switchdisc.

Do not ask where you can download it from.

no, you use the enigmah video switcher to switch video modes then launch the game.

ugh I've honestly never seen this question answered properly and there's a lot of incorrect information floating around about it. so I did some research of my own...the switch disc does different things than what people expect... and the search is down BTW (for those people who like to say "use the search" with as many keystrokes as it would take to answer the question)

I've ran several pal games on my NTSC box... here's what I've found out: the enigma switch disc temporarily changes the region of your xbox... so if you have an NTSC xbox and use the switch disc utility you now have a pal box... what that means is all your video that used to be encoded in NTSC is now encoded in PAL so you can't see anything and you can't play PAL or NTSC... the only thing this is good for is bringing your NTSC box to europe and playing it on PAL TVs...

PAL games will work straight up on a modded NTSC box (wont work on an unmodded box they're region fixed) in evox make sure that in the settings the region is set to "auto" so that it will tell the game what region the system is in... this will allow you to play the game. the xbox will flat out not convert the pal signal from the game to NTSC... ever. the reason it seems to work is your TV. any tv made in the last 5 to 7 years should be able to interpert a pal signal just fine. however excessivly old tvs wont (the picture will be black and white and roll at about 2Hz).

I have the PAL version of Colin McRae Rally 4... on my zenith made in 1989 the game shows a B&W screen and the picture rolls. on my Projector (capable of adapting to a number of different formats) the picture is 100% perfect... also on my brand new magnavox (made this year) the picture is also 100% perfect..
