Questions About Using A Vga Monitor With Xbox

i was wondering if anyone could tell me or kind of point me in the right direction as to what is the best method for using a vga monitor with an xbox . i know theres a few different vga box things on liksang and lllamma sells a kit im kinda confused as to which one to get.

Take a look at this thread from last week. Link. (Ignore anything you see on lik-sang unless its one of these 3.)
Unless you fancy making your own vga cable and using the vga bios. Link.

Make sure your monitor is cabable of Sync-on-Green (check here). Also, I'd use gerzand's tutorial over L33's tutorial (the one scribla linked) simply for the fact that the looped pins in L33's tutorial aren't the ones needed, plus you'd have digital audio out and component out...not to mention it'll look alot cleaner. You'll still need a VGA BIOS (512KB) and may not work at first and doesn't work with all games.

Silly me, forgot the link to check for Sync-on-Green monitors.
