No Video With Mod Chip On, Frag When Off

I think you suffer from the evil wrong videomode bug. It looks like your xbox is stuck in the wrong videomode like so many people. Maybe you fiddle with the xbmp settings (Pal, Ntsc-m or Ntsc-J)? Think about it.
If so....search the forum. You will find a fix and some guidelines.
Look for Enigmah Videomode switcher software (via mIRC xbins).
