Must I Have A Mod Chip For 480p Dvd?

Not necessarily but your xbox must be modded (soft-mod/exploits/modchip/whatever) in order to boot the patched 480p xboxdash.xbe since it is no longer 'signed code' from MS one the hex code is altered.

My sig contains a link to instructions - the progressive patcher has not been updated for newer dashes.
