- What video adapter are you using?
- What settings are enabled in your dashboard?
- What TV are you using ( widescreen or not?)

i am using the standard av cabble that comes with the xbox
as regards the the settings in dashboard im not sure, what should i have or have not enabled?
and finaly the tv is a 35inch flat, wide screen.

any info or responce would be great.

You need to fool around with the widescreen settings in your MS Dash.
