Vport Problems

I'm having trouble with my VPort connector.  I'm getting degradation of color, with a greenish-yellowish hue.

I tried to enable 480i in the video settings, but now I get a fuzzy image and an "unusable signal" message.

How do I reset the video settings without the TV display?  Will unplugging the Xbox for awhile do it?
