Ntsc Mode Better?

No you won't notice a difference.  PAL60 is NTSC resolution and framerate, just with the PAL colour system.

you decide which is better!

(well, actually it means National Television Standards Comittie)

PAL is higher resouloution (625 lines), NTSC is faster frame rate (but 525 lines)

you picks the one you wants and away you goes
