Am I right in saying you are in America? If you TV won't do PAL then you will need to convert your o/p signal to NTSC. If your TV does do PAL but your box says otherwise, have you tried testing it with config magic and making your box PAL by default. You will need to make the xbe region and video setting PAL region 4. I know of know patcher but someone else may be using one. Have you searched the usual places?

Use the following tut to use ConfigMagics On-The-Fly-Edit. Doing this you will be able to edit your region.

That tut is actually for replacing your eeprom if you have been banned but it does explain how to use edit on the fly.
