Use config magic, from the usual places, to change the eeprom defaults to ntsc r1 and try the game then. Have you tried using enigmah video switcher?

Back again, it seems whatever I do I cant get the Xbox to recognize the enigmah video select program, although I'm not sure that I've made it properly. How can I get the xbox to accept it? I have downloaded the iso. file, is that all I need to burn to CD? Any advice greatly appreciated, thanks!

Yes using config magic will actually set up the box as an american product. It should only play ntsc discs. Download the video switcher again and remove your old copy and transfer it. I have had experience with the switcher failing, replacing it has cured that.

I have to confess I no pretty much squat about iso's I always FTP. If you can FTP convert your iso into the xbe etc and transfer. If you don't have FTP but have a NIC etc go get FlashFXP on trial and use it. It's simple and it works. Put this message in the iso, burning forum if you can't/don't/won't FTP.

Either way, thanks for all your help, if nothing I've learned how to get iso's onto the xbox via CD!
I knew I should have bought something else while in the US!!
