i know how...you need a switch for best results. I figured this out doing an lcd mod on the front of my box. I got a shitty camcorder so the picture sucks! user posted image

this will solve your problems, also adding the switch may solve problems you may encounter in the future with using the a/v connection and the xbox connection at the same time.

You can use any ground, they are all common..... easiest just using the grounding around the screws.
