my box was softmodded with ndure and xbmc was set to default dash and is the only dash available.  how do i install other dashboards and change which dash appears at boot up?  thanks for any help

I have a problem along them lines
My question is I have a softmoded xbox and the other day I went to update it and I accidently loaded the original dashboard to the c drive And before I knew it, the xbox rebooted.
So now it boots with the original dashboard and wont recignize either back-up games nor original games.
Or any disc for that matter, I have a crossover cable and flashfxp is there someway to ftp a new dashboard maybe? All my other dashboards are still there I can see them in my game saves but have no way to access them. If I could just get the unleash to load first I think every thing would be fine....
Please help Dad messed up big time on this one and my kids are ready to lynch me for this.!!!
