General Dashboard Question Re: Boot Sequence

Does a dashboard exist that allows the following boot-up sequence?

-> if a video DVD is in the drive, run a DVD player of choice, such as DVDX2

-> if there is no DVD in the drive, run another xbe of choice (another dash, or run linux for example)

In other words, the dash is really not a dash at all but a conduit to two other xbe files.
