my suggestion is if u have a small HDD with not much stuff on it, try to reinstall the original dashboard

I fixed it. So for people with the same problem.
I downloaded Evox, and I did the recovery of MS Dash in the evox options. (it's there, same menu as the locking/unlocking of hdd).
Then go to XBMC, and do not go to programs and apps, but go to the filemanager, and browse to your C:!!!
There you will find the Xbox dash.xbe file. Click it, and off you go.

Works like a charm!
