I Need Help To Restor Ms Dashboard

hey evryone i need help on how to restore the ms dashboard after moddig with splinter cell!
i have deleted all the evox and unleash x dashboard files and when i turn on my xbox with out a disk it says your xbox needs service. if anyone will help i would apreciate it
