Need a little help here...i consider myself rather xbox savy i've been messing with them for a year now but i am stumped. I am trying to get on xbox live but i found out that the hard drive i have in my box will not lock. so i put in the drive i had in there befor..a maxtor 80 gig . ran slayers install.. format..then installed the ms dash and locked the hard drive. when i turn off the chip and boot it gets to the xbox screen(showing the white MS at the bottom so i know its booting with the original bios) but my screen just flashes green then goes back to the xbox screen. it will do this forever if i let it. can anyone help me?
