Can't Get Xbmc To Work In 2gam

I changed the config.ini file to point to where XBMC's default.xbe is located, but I keep getting this error message when I select Xbox Media Center from the main menu:

Impossible to Launch
Error In Configuration

Is anyone else having this problem and what do I need to do to correct it?
