when you say imported games do you mean games from different regions?

yes, and backups aswell. as i have read on the net and its seems very hard to put on a dashboard, is there a dash board which i can install on a cd to the xbox and play imports and back up games without connecting ot to the computer?

That being said, if you did only use your modchip for playing import games, you would be missing out on a lot of other fun things that modchips make possible.

But that, of course, is up to you.  Once you get your modchip though, do some research, I'm sure that you will find some things that interest you and you will also find that installing a dashboard and such is not really that hard at all.

not installing a dash is what i did for a mate who wanted a childproof chipped box.no menus for little fingers to mess with

slayers is almost NOOB friendly except for a few options, but use common sense, and just get it.
