Need Help On Making Dashboard With Music

I got a picture I want to use on my xbox for a background image and a song I would like to play when the dash comes up    What would be a good easy to make dashboard that looks like the M$ dash where I can access the same kind of menus or more on the screen ? Cause I can't figure out how to configure a picture to work on thc lite. Thanks!

go to the Xbox-scene.com homepage and theres tools and look in there for like Evox skinner if thats what your talking about or whatever other dashboard it is you have.
