thats cool theres an open source dashboard out, but why not contact HSDEMONZ2 and create a forum for it? thats a much better way to get attention than spamming in every other dash's forum.

Yes, very odd that somebody would claim to have been working on such a thing for two years, and not know that MXM, which as been AROUND for two years, was already out there, sources and all.

It was followed by XBMP/XBMC and Nexgen.

He never said it would use the OpenXDK he only said it would be the first open source dash called OpenX

maybe he needs to look at the XDashOS (nexgen) forum or even the XBMP/XBMC forums I think they are open source for quite some time now like the start

i'm pretty sure he meant the first dash written/compiled with the OpenXDK. a new version of the OpenXDK was release last month i think. the news writeup for it said it should now be possible to write an OpenXDK dash. it may have even mentioned the OpenX project.

OpenX...OpenXDK...kinda similar names aren't they?
