Sounds like you just want someone to do all the work for you so you can take credit for wanting to develop "The Next Evox". Seriously though, my 3 year old nephew has got some great crayola experience, you think he can join the team?

Urrrm, you need to talk to the neXgen guys. It's been open source for maybe 2 years. XMX before that XBMC next, what maybe 4 years of dev.
