can someone direct me to a step by step tutorial on how to mod the msdash skin
i did everything i read about, but i must have made a mistake somewhere, heres what i did
1. i applied the colour thingy to my xboxdash.xbe using Hexbe.
2. then i copy that xboxdash.xbe to my pc as well as the needed .xip files.
3. i then patched all those files with the proper ones using WinXIP.
4. i then resign it.
5. i renamed the xboxdash.xbe.bak that was created to just xboxdash.xbe and upload it to my xbox, as well as those .xip files, all to their proper directories.
6. i reboot my xbox, it loads up evox and i go to msdashboard and it says xbox needs service with a 21 in the corner.

please help
