wink.gif  works fine here , you dump the folder neodashx into E and the xbe anywhere you want.

the folder must be on E root not inside another folder on E

it works fine for me. neodashx folder in e: and the xbe in c:

wonder how do i change the colors or logos though..

I have the same problem - install neodashx.xbe to c:\ and the rest in E:\neodashx.
Attempting to launch the dash just causes a black screen followed by reboot.

I have tried this on 2 machines, one with a xenium ice and one softmodded.
Interestingly both are using Evox M8 - the softmodded one is using the BFM version of course. If anyone has this working, then what BIOS are you using?

I can read french reasonably well, so was hoping to get an answer from their forums today, but they're down, probably due to the sheer number of people asking the same question.

Found out what my problem was, it was my bios. I forgot what I had put on there before, but I reflashed it to a xecuter2 bios and now I'm in business.

Nice one nitussi, confirms my suspicion that Evox M8 is the problem.
I'll try with X2 4983 tonight.

Bit of a pain for 1.6 users - they can't run it at all as I understand they require Evox M8-BFM.

So basically if I download it and ftp over onto my e: drive will my XBOX still boot EvoX as default ?

Is it relatively easy to switch back to my current (EvoX) set up after ive installed/set up NeoDashX
