Dash Wont Load Pls Help

A friend loaded the evox dash on my system a year ago, it has been working since then.  Yesturday i turned on my xbox and nothing loads, just get error 13.  I have a x2 chip if that helps.  I have no contacts anymore to get this fixed so i have to do it myself and i really dont know much about how its done.  Does anyone know  the problem?  Do i have to reinstall the dashboard?
