how can people even say evox, evox is ancient, and has been dead in the water for over a year, get with the program and use a modern dash, MXM or avalaunch.... my vote goes to

avalaunch.

because evox was the first dashboard, and all the tutorials and shit revolve around evox,  the reason more people use it is because its more accessible with the auto installers and tutorials and shit, and because people are afraid to try new things...

evox hasent had a new feature in over a year, maybe their waiting for MS to include a new feature in the xdk so they can copy and paste it into evox?

Evox all the way for me why the hell do i want vids for games in the menu thats just the sort crap i dont want. It's sort of like m$ with there little dog in the bottom of winxp search.
People just wana say  look at what my xbox does get a grip, and dont get me wrong i like new features but real ones please.
Evox does what it says on the tin.
2 many people will start to spend more time doing there dash up than using the xbox for games,emu & apps.

I have to agree here. I tried MxM and it is cool for what it does, but after messing around w/ preview vids, skins, XML files and sh!t for an entire day, I'll stick w/evox. I'm usually on the dash menu for less than 30 secs anyway and am more concerned about stable FTP, and games and apps on my HDD.

Oh and yea Evo-X was good, it got me up and started with the XBOX fair enuff, but now XBOX is Evolving and i wanna move with it, NOT stay in the past.

evox is the best for me, so what if its a year old, it works perfectly and i dont have to fuck arround with ini files everytime i add a new emu.
Ive looked at mxm and it does look cool, but its all eye candy, at the end of the day i want to look at the software launched by the dashboard, not the dashboard itself and evox is the simplest and easiest way of launching software

The new modded MS dashes look very very cool, an auto add enabled version of that would be the way forward, if thats possible.
