Hacked M$ Dashs

Coz its fun to learn, and does ALL that these dashs have to offer except FTP,

im sure in 2-3months time u will all see the way forward, M$Dash is Sturdy, Strong not crashing etc, 3Dimentional

u can play BG music, see the visualiser ALL the time if ya want, YES in the menus

it STILL aint my MAIN dash YET, but as soon as its finished being edited and i am happy with it, there REALLY is gonna be NO contest

Sure i use other dashs too, AVALaunch, mXm, Chihirox, and EvoX but HONESTLY, once ya get a flavour of the TRUE M$Dash in action, u wont be going back LoL !!!

I use the Error 21 screen as my dash. Most features than any other dash!!!!111

avalaunch is the bomb. i didnt like it till i switched to it. when i had evox my ini somehow got wiped. i was loading a skin, that i used most of the time, and my box froze up. i didnt think twice, and pressed power button, then again. when it rebooted everything was gone. only thing on my menu was launch disc and settings. thats when i decided it was a time to change.
most of u may not believe but i was not alone. one of my friends saw it happen.

I have the m$ hack running off my second bios, but i prefer to use the m$ dash to launch apps and emus because they dont crash. With evo-x if i have the net cable in , xbmp and some emu's sharing smb
crash.

i like the MSDash best tho' coz of its looks and feel, but avaLaunch is the best dash outta the others EvoX, mXm, chihirox and all them,

I espesh like the irC feature, u think it will ever get an update ??

and i also like how you can DL save games etc, thats pretty cool

yes-as soon as we get the ui made, IRC and the other things will get a "proper" look and feel.
Thought there was no reason to let the engine just "be there" without being able to use it.

Everyone needs to look at dash development from two perspectives:

1) These things are free to us.  Not so to BJ, Team Ava and anyone else contributing to the further advancement of the XBox as a modder's heaven.  They're spending significant amounts of time and energy to bring us a bit of glitz, stability, features, etc.  Appreciate that, cause God knows they're not getting paid.

2) No one likes a hater -- so don't be one.

I like to see that the dash developers share a basic brain trust to ensure that users of any of the newer dashes are getting the features they like and want, as a result of everyone elses hard work.

Call me a hippy, whatever.

jinx, thats exactly right. we dont wanna discourage development of future software by nitpicking at the inherant problems with current software.

Well if the other dashboards were as easy to setup as evox I would vote for them,but then again who wants more complicated stuff to deal with. Come on some of this stuff is brutal if your new
to modding. And evox is as easy as its gets, and does pretty much anything I would want to do.All I wanted really to do is make make backups and I accomplished that so evox baby! As for getting my chameleon to work in all its modes thats a diff. story.
