Lost Color On Screen And Screen Is Flickering.....

I do mods for this local game shop....and the own called me up and told me that one of the xbox systems that i did went out.....I went dow to check it out.....and the xbox lost it color and the screen just flickers up....I mod the X with cheapmod x2 bios blue mod with in game rest.......he told me that he did a in game rest set while playing MAME....and the system when nuts.....if someone could help me out please do.....thanks
