I hope they don't get too carried away with the graphics this time, it was a big shame that there was little else in the early versions of NexGen after all the initial hype.  They've provided some good tools other than NexGen and I hope they carry on with this rather than concentrating too much on aesthetics, nice graphics can be put into a demo.

erm the release was purley to show off the 3D models

thats it - we didnt really put anything else in there

what most people think has nothing to do with developers aims and goals. this time its supposed to be more than a tech demo, and i dont doubt that will be awesome

The main problem with neXgen IMO is that it simply doesn't offer me anything that EvoX doesn't and doesn't do anything but the interface better. I just wonder why i should switch.

it has an improved interface

it will do everything evox does and more

and when it goes opensource - then will be the dash of choice

PS how can you say it doesnt offer you anything when all youve seen is an alpha preview version

The only problem with neXgen IMO is that it isn't out yet. j/k

I can't wait for Uber and gang to shut up all the skeptics.  The man is responsible for the best mod-chip, the best bios and soon to be the dashboard.  Not to mention putting with a crap load of bull-shit critisism.  Any one who questions him better reconize.  Keep up the good work, I've already waited a few months, I can easily wait a few more(althought the rumor mill says I won't have to).
