Eye candy tastes good. I like eye candy but functionality is more important. Give me the choice between functionality w/ or w/o eyecandy and Ill choose the eye candy though. I havent tested nexgen yet because even the developers say its not ready but it looks like it will be very nice when it it.

I hope the game menu has (or will have) pics much like the MS dash current memory management menu. Nexgen could get the pics right out of the game to make for a very tight game selection menu.

Hopefully they are working hard on it because I cant wait for a stable release.

I like it a lot, i hope they fix the slow game switching time before they do the final release (when you switch games it usually freezes after fliping through about 4 or so) otherwise its great.

i like it its clean and not cluttered as evox and easy to use. and looks like the original screen but touched up. i like it thas my opinion but i allso like evox, evox just got to work on their menus a bit to make them better and bigger.

It is a rumor. nexgen is still under development, just at a slower pace than before.. A final will be released... Eventually.
