ANything can be your default dash, name it xboxdash.xbe and put it in c:\ and it's now your dash.

Why not just remove the option to flash from EVOX.INI, that way you can have a quality dash without fear of killing your chip.

Because evox is UGLY and looks no way near as cool as nexgen. And as prevoiusly said, it can only get better.

Heh, I wouldn't reccommend using it as your default dash right now and I'm on the gotmod/nexgen team... Once the ftpd is running properly, then I'd say it's user preference, but untill then I really think you should stick to your current setup.. Give the dev's some time to work out the bugs and all will be well...

Remember folks, this happens to all software when it is first released to the public.. Bugs that weren't seen on the few beta tester's boxes will show up when it hits the masses.. Hence the terms alpha and beta (alpha applies more accurately to nexgen, currently)..

Expect bugs in any software you download/install that says it's beta.. If you're not willing to deal with that, don't install beta's.. It really is that simple.
