Yes,that's right wink.gif .You always have to type the username and password before the IP.Another working example:

http://USERNAME:[email protected]

Replace:

USERNAME with the username you entered in the neXgen XML file.
PASSWORD with the password you entered in the neXgen XML file.

And replace the "x" digits with the IP of your Xbox.

just open your browser, type http://<yourip>  wait a sec and a pop up window will ask u for user name and pass, if you ar eusing first build its xbox/xbox if u are using second build its nexgen/nexgen

I know all that.  I get tp the nexgen banner, but the page won't load.  Could it be my router or something like that?  I am using the newest version of IE.

What OS are you using? I know XP turns firewalls on by default. Perhaps that is the problem?

Also maybe you need to install/reinstall java. I think it uses java applets.

same problem here, it pops up the username/pwd thing and i've typed them in exactly how i do with ftp but it doesnt load.

I have the exat same problem too.

http://192.168.0.2

then pop up login window

type user name and password

the page starts to load really slowly and the nexgen logo and banner kome up and then the whole thing dissappears and says page unable to load.

using xp pro, adsl router. its not an ip onflit or something as ftp to nexgen and evox work fine.

html server sux is fuckin slow and hard disk status don't work...
open tray cause a reboot...
